Receivinga Call
3.After the final call has been displayed,
pressthe " *"or "# "button again. The
NewCall LED will stop blinking and the
LCDwill show "END NEW CALL"
1.After the first ring, the caller`s name and
telephonenumber will be displayed on the
handsetscreen.
TheCaller ID information (up to 64 callers )
willbe stored in the handset display in the order
received.If the received call information is the
sameas any of the new calls, the unit will
displaythe "RPT" icon to indicate a repeat call.
Ifthe unit receives more than 64 calls, the
oldestCaller ID information will be erased.
TheNew Call LED will flash until you review
allyour new calls.
Ifyou answer your incoming call before the
secondring, the unit will not display the call
information.
whenyou are on an existing phone call, your
GH3060will display incoming Call Waiting
CallerID information.
1.You will hear a beep and the telephone will
bemuted momentarily while the display show
thesecond caller Caller ID information.
2.When you access the Call Waiting, the Caller
IDinformation will disappear and the
Time/Dayscreen will be display.

ReceivingCall Waiting Caller ID

Ifyou do not review all new calls, the Time/
Datescreen will display after 20 seconds
andthe new call counter will show the total
numberof new calls received ( including
thoseyou just reviewed ).
Basewill only show incoming call and does not
haveReview function.

3.Continue to press " *"button to display
allrecords in the order they were received
fromthe oldest to the newest, or "# "
buttonfrom the newest to the oldest.

CallerID Redial

THELOCAL AREACODE MUST BE
PROGRAMMEDINORDERTOFULLY
UTILIZETHE REDIALFEATURE (SEE
PAGE11). The GH3060 allows you to redial
aphone number stored in the Caller ID
memory.
1.When the display shows the current time/
day,press the " *"or"# "button on the
handset to select the Caller ID record that
youwant to dial.

-You can review and redial up to 64 Caller
IDcalls from the handset.

2.Once in the Caller ID review mode, press
the" *"or"# "button. The LCD display
willshow the calls stored in memory.
Youcan review upto 64 Caller ID calls from
thehandset.
1.After you have reviewed all of the new calls
(seepage 25), press the " *"or "# "button
onthe handset. The displays will show the calls
storedin memory.

2.Press and release the "CALLS" button
onthe handset. The number will scroll
acrossthe screen from left to right as it is
dialed.
Note:
-If you review the Caller ID call from the
handset,then you will need to redial the call
fromthe handset (by pressing the "CALLS"
button).
ToStore a Caller ID Record to Speed
DialMemory
Note:
Youcan store a Caller ID record from the
handsetto Speed Dial Memory.
1.When the handset display shows the
currenttime/day, press the " *"or "#
"button to select the Caller ID record
youwant to store to Speed Dial Memory
2.Press the "MEM" button on the handset
3.The display will show "LOCATION? x",
with"x" representing the first empty
memorylocation.
4.Press the "MEM" button again to
confirmthat you want to save the
telephonenumber to that particular
memorylocation number. If you want to
chooseanother memory location number,
press" *"or "# "or enter in the
desiredmemory location, using the
handsetkeypad. The display will show
"MEMx STORED".
4.After the last call record has been reviewed,
theLCD will show "--END--"

WaitingCaller ID service from your local
telephonecompany in order to receive Call
WaitingCaller ID information
1.When the display shows the current date/
time,press the " * " or " # "button on the
handsetto display the information for the last
newcall received.
Youcan review up to 64 New Caller ID calls
fromthe handset.
2.Continue pressing " *" or " # " button
toreview all new call records in the order the
callswere received.
Whena name received exceeds 12 characters,
thefirst 12 characters will be shown with " "
showingon the right hand side. Press the
"# " button to view the remaining
characters.
