PROCEDURE DE NETTOYAGE DU BRULEUR PRINCIPAL

FERMEZ L’ARRIVÉE DE GAZ.

Retirez le collecteur (Voir “Remplacez les Brûleurs principaux”). Regardez à l’intérieur de chaque brûleur avec une lampe torche.

Nettoyez l’intérieur des brûleurs à l’aide d’un fil de fer (un cintre déplié fera l’affaire). Vérifiez et nettoyez les orifices des clapets d’arrivée d’air aux extrémités des brûleurs. Vérifiez et nettoyez les orifices à la base des valves. Utilisez une Brosse en fils d’acier pour nettoyer l’extérieur des brûleurs. Cela permet de s’assurer que tous les ports des brûleurs sont entièrement ouverts.

ATTENTION: N’élargissez pas les ports des brûleurs pendant le nettoyage.

REMPLACEMENT DES BRÛLEURS PRINCIPAUX

1)Votre grill barbecue à gaz Weber® doit être éteint et froid.

2)Coupez le gaz à la source.

3)Pour retirer le tableau de commande:

(a)Retirez les boutons de commande.

(b)Retirez la vis et la rondelle de l’arrière du tableau de commande à l’aide d’un tournevis cruciforme.

(c)Retirez la vis de la machine du côté gauche inférieur du tableau de commande à l’aide d’un tournevis cruciforme.

(d)Inclinez le bord supérieur du tableau de commande vers le haut. Soulevez avec précaution le tableau de commande et retirez-le du cadre.

(e)Débranchez les câbles de l’allumeur du module d’allumage.

(f)Réinstallez le tableau de commande une fois la détection des fuites terminée.
