5.1. Maintenance intervals

Daily:	Check warning signs on equipment for good
	legibility and completeness
	Clean the sieve / filter (= units with active cleaning):
	Use compressed air to blow through the sieve / filter
	(according to the accumulation of dust)
Monthly:	Check function of the device plug
Every 6 months:	Check all electrical and mechanical connections for tight fit
	Check setting of the level sensor (if present, optional)
	Replace the sieve / filter (= units with active cleaning)
	(according to the accumulation of dust)
Annually:	Replace outlet valve sealing.
	Adjust valve switch
After 1000
operating hours:	Replace carbon brushes

Check whether in your individual case the maintenance intervals must be shortened.

5.2. Servicing the conveyor

Disconnect the unit from mains supply by the device plug.

Depressurize all system sections of the equipment (only units with active cleaning).

Disassembly the unit.
