￿BIOS Settings Configuration

Quick Boot

If Enabled, this option will skip certain tests during POST to reduce the time needed for system bootup. The options are Enabled and Disabled.

Quiet Boot

This option allows the boot up screen options to be modifi ed between POST mes- sages or the OEM logo. Select Disabled to allow the computer system to display the POST messages. Select Enabled to allow the computer system to display the OEM logo.

Add-On ROM Display Mode

This option allows the BIOS to display add-on ROM (read-only memory) messages. Select Force BIOS to display a third party BIOS during system boot. Select "Keep Current" to display the current BIOS information during system boot.

Boot up Num-Lock

This option allows the Number Lock setting to be modifi ed during boot up. The default setting is On. The options are On and Off.

PS/2 Mouse Support

This option allows the PS/2 mouse support to be modifi ed. The options are Auto, Enabled and Disabled.

Wait for ‘F1’ If Error

Select Enable to activate the function of Wait for F1 if Error. The options are En- abled and Disabled.

Hit ‘DEL’ Message Display

Select Enabled to display the Setup Message when the user hits the DEL key. The options are Enabled and Disabled.

Interrupt 19 Capture

Select Enabled to allow ROMs to trap Interrupt 19. The options are Enabled and Disabled.

Quiet Boot Progress Bar

Select Enabled to display a graphic bar that shows the progress of POST if the feature of Quiet Boot is enabled. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
