Protectivecircuit

The P10 is fitted with a microprocessor controlled protectivecircuitwhichconstantlymonitorsallse ctionsof theamplifierduringitsentireperiodofoperation .

Theprotectivecircuitensuresthatthevalvesare heated gently, thereby extending the useful life of these components.

Since valves have a natural ageing tendency, the processor keeps track of the elapsed operating time of these components. After 5000hours of operation we recommendthatyouaskyourspecialist Bdealerto checkthevalves.Whenthisoperatingtimehaselap sed, the processor alerts you by displaying the message '>5000h' duringthevalveheatingphase.

-For brief breaks in listening (less than 5…10minutes) switch the amplifier to the HV setting.

-For longer breaks in listening (up to 2hours) move themainswitchtotheHEATsetting.

Avoid subjecting the amplifier to severe mechanical shocks.
