Clock –
Selecting the method of setting the time
Explanation:
Themachinefeaturesanintegralclockmodulewhich is capable of switching on the machine at a preselect ed time(alarmfunction).
Before you use the alarm function you must set the correcttimeofday.Thefollowingmethodsofsetti ngthe clockareavailable:
•Manualsetting(see 'Manual clock setting')
•AutomaticclocksettingfromanRDSradiostation

To change the method of setting the clock press the remotecontrolbuttonsinthesequencestatedbelow :
Thescreendisplaysthefollowing:
'TIME MAN' Thetimeofdaycanbesetmanuallyinthe nextmenupoint
'TIME RDS' Thetimeofdayissetautomaticallyfromthe RDSsignalandacceptedbythemachine this requires good reception of an RDS signal.
In this case the time of day cannot be changed manually! Note that it may take severalminutesforthetimetobepickedup fromastationevenwithagoodRDSsignal.
Note:
The RDS clock time is always taken from the station currentlyselectedonthetuner.
