For the Seafood Sauce or Hot Sauce combine all the ingredients in a saucepan. Heat the sauce until warm, but not boiling. Simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes. Serve warm.

Makes 1 to 112 cups of sauce.

and refrigerate.
