The environmental precautions listed in “Selecting a place to

work” on page 39, also apply while travelling.

❖Never leave your computer on a sunny ledge or in a place

where it could get wet or covered in dust.

❖Always travel with the computer in a carrying case.

Toshiba offers a choice of carrying cases for the

computer. They all provide plenty of extra space for

manuals, power cables, compact discs and diskettes.

You press the disc eject button, but the drive tray does not slide out. Some discs run correctly, but others do not. WinDVD problems: general issues WinDVD controls are disabled. Playback performance is poor. The Root or Title menu does not open. WinDVD performance decreases after making a system change. Slow playback performance.
