To access the different device options, the user must first select
the corresponding hard key on the control panel.
The touch screen’s main copy menu provides users with the most
common copying choices. The text with the blue background on
the touch screen display currently selected settings.
The touch screen displaying several zoom options along with
original and copy size options.
Users can choose several different Output Formats for their copy
jobs from this touch screen. Options include Booklet Creation,
Covers, Transparency Options, Page Layout, Posters and
Annotations.
The 2-Sided tab provides options for simplex, duplex, book, 1 to 2
Duplex, and 2 to 1 Split.

The touch screen’s Job Build options provide users with the ability
to scan several originals whose settings are individually different
and then copy or store them as a single document.
