Troubleshooting

If your cordless telephone is not performing to your expectations, try these suggestions. If you are still unable to resolve the problems, contact your telephone system administrator. Do not attempt to service this unit yourself. All service must be done by qualified service personnel.

	Problem	Suggestion

		Make sure the AC adapter is plugged into the base unit and
		wall outlet.
		If the AC adapter is plugged into a wall outlet with a switch,
		make sure the switch is turned on.
	CHARGE LED does not come on	Make sure the handset is properly seated in the base unit.

		Make sure the nickel-cadmium battery pack is properly
		placed on the handset.
		Make sure that the charging contacts on the handset and
		base unit are clean.
