If one or more records have been skipped during the import process it may be due to one of the following reasons:
MThe record already exists.
MGroup name contains an invalid character.
MThe display name is empty.
MThe fax number is empty.
MThe fax number is invalid. Fax number are restricted to the following set of characters:
Exporting Entries
1Select the Toshiba
2Click File→Export from the menu.
The Save Exported File As dialog will display.
Save Exported File As dialog
3In the Save Exported File as dialog, browse for the file location and type the name of your exported address book file.
4Click Ok to begin exporting the file.
The file will be created in the location indicated.
