Twain Select Folder

MDocument Name: [Sender]-NNN where [Sender] is replaced with the sender’s phone number or name if the sender exists in the Fax address book. Replacing a fax number with a sender name in address book is controlled by the fax setting. NNN is an automatically assigned, sequential number.

MAny characters that cannot be used for a file name are replaced with the underscore character, "_".

7Click Acquire. The Acquire Dialog will display.

N O T E :

Statuses shown in the list are:

Ready-The document is in a normal state and can be retrieved.

Processing-The document is being retrieved by the user. “*” -The folder status is unknown. The document is protected.

8Click Yes to remove the file from the folder after retrieval or No to leave the file to be acquired again at a later time.The scanned image retrieval begins.

9If a selected document is assigned a password, a screen will display prompting you to enter the password.

10To change the folder click the Change Folder button and select a new folder.
