CONTROLS AND FEATURES
Sound controls
Volume
Press 2+ or 2– to adjust the volume.
Sound Mute
Press once to turn the sound off and again to cancel.
If a programme or film is being broadcast with a
soundtrack in more than one language, the Dual feature
allows selection between them.
aPress and B/b to highlight Sound icon.
bPress c and B/b to select Dual and press c and
B/b to choose between Dual 1 or Dual 2.
aIn the Sound menu, press B/b to select
Balance and press C/c to emphasize left or right
speaker balance.
aIn the Sound menu, press B/b to select Bass or
Treble.
bPress C/c to change the setting.
Voice Enhancement emphasises the frequency range of
the speaker’s voice, making it easier to catch what they
are saying.
aIn the Advanced Sound Settings menu, press
B/b to select Voice Enhancement.
bPress c and B/b to select On or Off.
Dynamic Bass Boost enhances the depth of the sound
on the TV speakers. The difference will only be noticeable
on sound with strong bass.
aIn the Advanced Sound Settings menu, press
B/b to select Dynamic Bass Boost.
bPress c and B/b to select the desired bass
expansion level (Low, High or Off).
Stable Sound reduces the volume level differences
between channels. It automatically remains on the same
volume level when you change channels.
aIn the Sound menu, press B/b to select Stable
Sound.
bPress c and B/b to select On or Off.
This feature allows control of audio compression for some
digital TV programmes (MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 audio
programmes are not supported).
aIn the Sound menu, press B/b to select
Dynamic Range Control.
bPress c and B/b to select On or Off.
