CONTROLS AND FEATURES
Locking Channels stops the viewing of digital channels,
and they can only be accessed by entering the PIN.
aSelect the channel you want to lock in your
channel list.
bIn the Quick Menu, press b to select Channel
Options and press OK.
cPress c repeatedly to highlight the lock ( ) box.
dPress OK to select. A tick will appear in the box.
If a PIN has already been set, PIN entry will be
required to set the locked channels.
eRepeat steps 1 through 4 for other channels.
fPress EXIT.
gFrom this point on, when any of the channels in the
Locked Channel list are selected, the PIN must
be entered before they can be accessed.
Digital settings – other settings
In DTV mode, this feature will show subtitles on the screen
in the selected language provided they are being
broadcast.
aIn the DTV Settings menu, press B/b to select
Subtitle and Audio and press OK.
bPress b to select Subtitle Display and press c
and B/b to select On or Off.
cPress B/b to select Primary Subtitle Language
or Secondary Subtitle Language and press c
and B/b to select an option.
The SUBTITLE button can be used to select subtitle on or
off for the current channel only and to select the subtitle
language if more than one subtitle is available.
This feature allows a programme or film to be viewed with
a choice of soundtrack language, provided multiple
language tracks are being broadcast.
aIn the Subtitle and Audio menu, press B/b to
select Audio Type and press c and B/b to
select Normal, For Hard of Hearing or Audio
Description and press OK.
bPress B/b to select Primary Audio Language
or Secondary Audio Language and press c and
B/b to select an option.
If more than one soundtrack is available, use the
s button to select between them.
