The actual transmission speed will be lower than the theoretical maximum speed. New wireless network adapter "AR9281, AR9283, AR9285, and RTL8191SE" supports IEEE802.11b/g/draft-n but does not support IEEE02.11a. The wireless adapter is based on a draft 2.0 release version of the IEEE 802.11n specification and; may not be full compatible with, or support some feature (e.g., security) of, certain Wi-Fi equipment.

One Gigabyte (GB) means 109 =1,000,000,000 bytes using powers of 10. A computer operating system, however, reports storage capacity using powers of 2 for the definition of 1GB=230=1,073,741,824 bytes, and therefore shows less storage capacity. Available storage capacity will also be less if the computer includes one or more pre-installed operating systems, pre-installed software applications, or media content. Actual formatted capacity may vary.
