To display on-screen information
Press RECALL to display the following on-
screen information.
+ Antenna mode (when in TV mode).
•Channel number or VIDEO mode
selected.
• Channel caption (if previously preset).
•Time (if clock has been set).
• Stereo or SAP audio status.
• Closed Caption or Text program status.

To mute the sound
Press MUTE to mute the sound
immediately without affecting the
picture.
Note:
While muting the sound, the
"CAPTION 1" mode will be selected
automatically, (See page 58.)

To restore the sound, press MUTE
again,
To return to the previous channel viewed
Using this function, you can watch two channels alternately.
Select the first channel you want to
view.
Select the other channel with the
Channel Number buttons.
PressRTN.
The previous channel will return.
Each time you press RTN, the TV will
switch back and forth between the
two channels.
