Uninstalling the Wireless CardBus Adapter

This section provides information on uninstalling the Wireless CardBus Adapter.

To uninstall the Wireless Cardbus Adapter in Windows XP Professional and

Windows 2000, do the following:

1.Right-click My Computer and select Manage.

2.From the list on the left, select Device Manager.

3.Expand the Network Adapters item on the right side of the window.

4.Right-click11a/b/g Wireless CardBus Adapter and select Uninstall.

To uninstall the CardBus Adapter in Windows NT 4.0, do the following:

1.Click Start → Settings → Control Panel.

2.Double-click the Network icon to open the Network window.

3.Click the Adapters tab.

4.Click 11a/b/g Wireless CardBus Adapter and select Remove.

5.When a message warns you that the selected component will be removed from your system permanently and asks if you want to continue, click Yes to uninstall the CardBus Adapter.

Uninstalling the IBM Client Utility

To remove the IBM Client Utility, do the following:

1.From the computer desktop, click Start → Settings → Control Panel.

2.Double-clickAdd/Remove Programs.

3.Select IBM 11abg Wireless Adapter.

4.Click Install/Uninstall or Change/Remove.
