Positioning the Antenna

Beforeusing your phone, be sure to
raiseits antenna to the vertical position.

Installing the Handset Battery Pack

1. Pressin on the Battery Cover Release
andslide the battery compartment
coverdown.
2. Alignthe plastic connector of the
Nickel-Cadmiumbattery pack with its
socketand plug it in.
✻Theblack lead will be on top when the plug
isproperly aligned.
