How can I check the battery level of MiFi Device?

Open MiFi Device Settings (http://192.168.1.1). The battery status icon is displayed in the menu bar.

Can I backup my configuration settings?

Yes. Login to MiFi Device Settings and choose Advanced>Config File. Click Download File. [See Config File (page 47).]

How do I turn off MiFi Device?

Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds until the LEDs turn off.

What is the default administrative/login password?

admin

I am having trouble connecting to my office VPN.

Login to MiFi Device Settings and choose Advanced>Settings. Select the VPN Passthrough enable checkbox and click Apply. [See Advanced Settings (page 44).]
