PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TIPS

Consistently following this maintenance schedule will increase the life of your Vision Fitness® ES700 Indoor Cycle.

BIKE LOCATION

• Locate Bike in a cool, dry place.

BEFORE EACH CLASS

• Check that the pedals, seat levers and handlebar levers are tight.

AFTER EACH CLASS

Release all tension from the brake.

Check that the pedals are in good condition and properly tightened to prevent damage.

Simply dry the ES700 with a towel to remove sweat and dirt.

NOTE: Never use abrasive cleaning liquids or petroleum-based solvents when wiping down the cycle!

DAILY MAINTENANCE

These procedures are intended to prevent rust/corrosion and to maintain the daily performance of your ES700 Indoor Cycle.

Wipe down the cycle at the end of each day (preferably at the end of each class). Use an absorbent cloth, and focus on all areas where sweat can fall or collect. Special attention should be given to the following areas:

Flywheel

Brake assembly

Seat post and handlebar stem

NOTE: Be sure to wipe the entire length of the seat post and handlebar stem!

Seat and seat adjustment levers

Handlebar and handlebar adjustment levers

• Belt guard
