“Power line frequency (for fluorescent light)”, the fluorescent light will flash
according to the power line frequency that depends on local utility. Change the
frequency setting to eliminate unc omfortable flash image when the light source is only
fluorescent light.
There are three dependent parameters provided for video performance adjustment.
"Maxi mum frame rate", it limits the ma ximal refresh frame rate that can be
combi ned with the "Video quality control" to optimize the bandwidth utilization and
video quality. If users want to fix the ba ndwidth utilization r egardless of the video
quality, ch o ose "Fix b it ra te" and select the desired bandwidth. Th e vid eo quali ty may
be poor in order to send maximal frames within the limited bandwidth when images
change drastically. Consequently to ensure the video detail (quantization rate)
regardless of the network, it will utilize mo re bandwidth to send the maximal frames
when images change drastically.
