“Sun” ~ “Sat”, select the weekdays that should perform the following operations.
“Sna ps hot s beg in a t”, se t the time to start opera tions. S etting beg in time as sam e as
stop time will perfor m operations 24 hou r s.
“Snapshots stop a t”, set the time to stop o pera tions.
Event oper ation
“Delay second(s) before detecting next event”, set the time delay be fore
restarting to check the trigge r condition when the current condition is trigge red.
“Take snapshots at second(s) after event”, when a snapshot is taken upon the
condition is triggere d, another snap s hot will be taken afte r the configured seco nds.
“Trigger condition”, there ar e four c o nditions r elated to the dig ital inp ut and thre e
windows for motion detection. They can be multiple selected. Select the appropriate
digital input condition according to the characteristics of the external device. “high”,
“low” indicate external voltage input or not for level trigger while “rising”, “falling” is for
edge trigger. There are three windows shown as the name for motion detection.
“undefined” will show instead of the window title if motion detection is not setup yet. In
such case, clic kin g on t he “M ot ion det ecti on” i n t he not e can direct to the conf igu rat ion
page of motion detection.
“Trigg e r a ct ion”, there are four op tions for two ac tions reg arding to either conditio n.
They can be multiple selected. While choosing trigger output alarm, the digital output
will short both pins to connect the circuit of the attached external device; otherwise
both pins will be open. While choosing to upload snapshots, the method can be either
email or FTP. The snapshot names will be “videopre.jpg”, videotrg.jpg”, and
“videop os.j p g ” re s pect ively for t h e sn aps h ot s before e vent , rig ht u pon ev ent , and after
event. T he date and time su ffix may be a dded accor din g to the optio n. Co nf irm the
external mail or FTP s erver settings in networ k configuration.
