A. Troubleshooting
Status LED
After the power has been turned on, Network Camera will perform a self-diagnostic to
detec t any hard ware defe cts. The followi ng table lis ts the LED pattern s in genera l
conditions. In cas e of any fatal e rror, the LED will blink in another patter n .

Reset and restor e
There is a button hidden in the pinhole beside the
Ethernet socket. It is used to reset the system or
resto re the fac tory defau lt settings . Sometimes
rese tting the sys tem ca n make the sys tem bac k to
normal state. If the sy s tem still has problems after
reset, restore the factory set ti ngs and i nst all agai n.
RESET: P oke the wrenc h to click on the butto n .
RESTO RE: 1. Poke the wrench to press on the
button continuously.
2. Wait for self-diagnostic to r un twice .
3. Withdr aw the wr ench as s oon as the second
self-diagnostic starts.
