• Except as provided by applicable l aw, you assume the risk of lo ss or damage during t ransit and transp ortation and are re sponsible for deli very or handling c harges incurred in t he transport
of Product (s) to the service location V Tech will return repair ed or replaced prod uct under this limi ted warranty to you, tr ansportation , delivery or handl ing charges prepai d VTech assumes
no risk for damage or loss of the Product i n transit
• If the Product fa ilure is not covered by th is limited warrant y, or proof of purchase doe s not meet the terms of th is limited warrant y, VTech will notify you and wi ll request that you aut horize the

What must you return with the Product to get warranty service?
1. Return the entire original package and contents includi ng the Product to the V Tech service locat ion along with a des cription of the malf unction or dif culty; and
2. Include “valid proof of purchase” (sales receipt) ide ntifying the Pro duct purchased (Pr oduct model) and t he date of purchase or re ceipt; and
3 Provide your name, complete and corr ect mailing addres s, and telephone num ber
