BREAKFAST
Oatmeal Banana Waffles – makes 8 - 10 waffles
1cup
1cup flour
1tablespoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
3tablespoons brown sugar
1½ cups buttermilk
2 large eggs
2medium size ripe bananas
4tablespoons butter (melted)
1tablespoon vanilla Pinch salt
Blend ½ cup oats on HI until they reach a powdery con- sistency. Put blended oats into a bowl with remaining oats and set aside. Blend the remainder of dry ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Add to oats.
Blend milk, eggs, vanilla, banana, butter and vanilla on LO until smooth.
