Application 5 allows the manual setting of a single menu to control a temperature chan-

nel, and cooking time for a manual cook-&-hold oven with a meat probe. This applica-

tion can include a one or two step cooking sequence and a hold function.

3. Configure the controller.

4. Program the menu.

5. Set the controller security.
