Place the caster frame onto the tabs of the left frame, | Hold one frame connector between the caster frame |

Place the wheel frame onto the tabs of the right frame, | Insert the bolt through the frame and screw into frame |

The leg tabs must be on the inside of the frames. | Repeat procedure with the other frame connector. |
Add the washers to the bolts. Insert the bolts into the |

holes as shown, do not tighten bolts on wheel |
