hi-limit bulb and the element to enhance oil flow and facilitate reset.

 

 

Otherwise, contact your authorized Wells Service Agent for repairs.

20FILTER RESERVOIR HEATER Keeps shortening in FILTER RESERVOIR in a liquid state. IMPORTANT: Filter pump will not pump shortening unless it is in the liquid state. FILTER PUMP, OIL SUCTION LINE and OIL RETURN LINE are heated at all times fryer is connected to electric power so that shortening will not solidify. Heater circuit is low voltage.
