W1772/W1773 37" Drum Sander

ELECTRICAL

The machine must be properly set up before it is safe to operate. DO NOT connect this machine to the power source until instructed to do so in the "Power Connection" portion of this manual.

W1772 Single-Phase 220V

Operation

The Model W1772 is wired for 220V single-phase opera- tion.

This machine must be hardwired to a locking shutoff switch (Figure 2) by a qualified electrician. Since hard- wiring involves a permanent installation with conduit runs, this task can only be safely accomplished by a quali- fied electrician. As always, observe all applicable electri- cal codes when connecting this machine to power.

This machine must be grounded! Verify the ground before connecting this machine to the power source.
