| When auto scan memory does not function due to a weak | |||
|
|
| signal, frequencies are deviated due to a strong signal, or | |||
|
|
| you want to change the memory contents, perform the | |||
3,5 | 2 | 4 | following operation. |

1 Perform steps 1 – 2 of the “Auto scan memory” section. | ||||||

| ||||
|
|
| 2 Use the TUNING ( | or | ) button to tune into the | |
|
|
| desired station. |

| Auto tuning |

| |
|
|
| When the TUNING ( | or | ) button is pressed for more | |
|
|
| than 0.5 second and then released, the tuning stops at the | |||
|
|
| first receivable broadcast station. | |||

| Manual tuning |
|
| |
|
|
| Press the TUNING ( | or | ) button repeatedly to adjust | |
|
|
| the frequency display to the frequency of the desired | |||
|
|
| station. |

| |
|
|
| 3 Press the MEMORY button, so that the display’s | |||
|
|
| “MEMORY” indicator flashes. | |||
|
|
| 4 Press the TUNER PRESET ( or ) button until the | |||
|
|
| preset number to be programmed appears in the display. | |||
|
|
| 5 Press the MEMORY button to store that station in the | |||
|
|
| selected station preset number memory. | |||
|
|
| * 20 FM stations can be preset (preset channels 1 | |||
|
|
| through 20). |
|
| |
|
|
| * 10 AM (LW or MW) stations can be preset (preset | |||
|
|
| channels 1 through 10). |
| ||
|
|
| (There are no presets 11 through 20 for AM (LW or | |||
|
|
| MW) stations.) |
|
| |
|
|
| 6 Repeat steps 1 – 5 to set the other preset stations, or to | |||
|
|
| change a preset station. |
