1Select the source component you want to rename by using the input buttons.

2Press RE-NAMEusing a ballpoint pen or similar object.

3 Use the cursor buttons %/%to select a character.

• Pressing

%

changes the character in the following order:

 

 

A~Z, a~z, 0~9, space, -(hyphen).

4 Use the cursor buttons %/%to enter a character or more to the next cursor postion.

RE-NAME

5 Press RE-NAMEto confirm renaming.

• If you want to rename another source component immediately, press ENTER and repeat steps 1, 3 and 4.

Clearing a Learned Function or Macro

1 Select the source component that you want to clear on the window by using input buttons.

2 Press LEARN if you want to clear a learned function, or

or

press MACRO to clear a programmed macro, using a ball

point pen or similar object.

3Press and hold CLEAR using a ball point pen or similar object, and at the same time press the button from which you want to clear the learned function or macro for about 3 seconds.

• “C:NG” appears in the display window if the operation is unsuccessful. Should this occur, try doing step 3 again.

You can clear other learned functions and macros at this time by continuing to hold down CLEAR and pressing the other buttons on which those learned functions or macros are programmed.

4Press LEARN again to confirm clearing a learned function, or press MACRO again to confirm clearing a programmed macro.

Once you clear a learned function or macro from a button, the button reverts to its factory preset function or macro.
