■Connecting the banana plug

(except U.K., Europe and Asia models)

The banana plug is a single-pole electrical connector widely used to terminate speaker cables.

Banana plug

You can also use the banana plug with the PRESENCE/ZONE2 speaker terminals. Open the tab and then insert one banana plug into the hole on the side of each terminal. Do not close the tab after connecting the banana plug.

1Tighten the knob.

2Insert the banana plug connector into the end of the corresponding terminal.
