21.3.2 Restore Configuration

Restore configuration allows you to upload a new or previously saved

configuration file from your computer to your NBG4115.

Note: Do not turn off the NBG4115 while configuration file upload is in progress

After you see a “configuration upload successful” screen, you must then wait one

minute before logging into the NBG4115 again.

The NBG4115 automatically restarts in this time causing a temporary network

disconnect. In some operating systems, you may see the following icon on your

desktop.

If you uploaded the default configuration file you may need to change the IP

address of your computer to be in the same subnet as that of the default

NBG4115 IP address (192.168.1.1). See Appendix D on page 233 for details on

how to set up your computer’s IP address.

None of the LEDs turn on. 24.3 NBG4115 Access and Login I dont know the IP address of my NBG4115. I forgot the password. I cannot see or access the Login screen in the Web Configurator. I can see the Login screen, but I cannot log in to the NBG4115. 24.4 Internet Access I cannot access the Internet. The Internet connection is slow or intermittent. 24.5 Resetting the NBG4115 to Its Factory Defaults You will lose all of your changes when you push the RESET button. 24.6 Wireless Router/AP Troubleshooting I cannot access the NBG4115 or ping any computer from the WLAN (wireless AP or router). I set up URL keyword blocking, but I can still access a website that should be blocked. I can access the Internet, but I cannot open my network folders. I can access the Web Configurator after I switched to AP mode.
