Connection Wizard

4.1 Overview

This chapter provides information on the wizard setup screens in the Web

Configurator.

4.2 Wizard Setup

The Web Configurator’s wizard setup helps you configure your device to access the

Internet. Refer to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) checklist in the Quick Start

Guide to know what to enter in each field. Leave a field blank if you don’t have

that information.

1After you access the NBG4115 Web Configurator, click the Go to Wizard setup

hyperlink.

You can click Go to Advanced setup hyperlink to skip this wizard setup and

configure basic or advanced features accordingly.

None of the LEDs turn on. 24.3 NBG4115 Access and Login I dont know the IP address of my NBG4115. I forgot the password. I cannot see or access the Login screen in the Web Configurator. I can see the Login screen, but I cannot log in to the NBG4115. 24.4 Internet Access I cannot access the Internet. The Internet connection is slow or intermittent. 24.5 Resetting the NBG4115 to Its Factory Defaults You will lose all of your changes when you push the RESET button. 24.6 Wireless Router/AP Troubleshooting I cannot access the NBG4115 or ping any computer from the WLAN (wireless AP or router). I set up URL keyword blocking, but I can still access a website that should be blocked. I can access the Internet, but I cannot open my network folders. I can access the Web Configurator after I switched to AP mode.
