I can see the Login screen, but I cannot log in to the NBG4115. 24.4 Internet Access I cannot access the Internet. The Internet connection is slow or intermittent. 24.5 Resetting the NBG4115 to Its Factory Defaults You will lose all of your changes when you push the RESET button. 24.6 Wireless Router/AP Troubleshooting I cannot access the NBG4115 or ping any computer from the WLAN (wireless AP or router). I set up URL keyword blocking, but I can still access a website that should be blocked. I can access the Internet, but I cannot open my network folders. I can access the Web Configurator after I switched to AP mode.
