3.3 Internet Access

I cannot access IPTV or VOD services.

1Check the hardware connections, and make sure the LEDs are behaving as expected. See the Quick Start Guide and Section 1.2 on page 18. Ensure that your Internet access device is working correctly.

2Check the Home URL IP address in the Network menu.

3Disconnect all the cables from your STB, and follow the directions in the Quick Start Guide again.

4If the problem continues, contact your ISP or IPTV provider.

The Internet connection is slow or intermittent.

There might be a lot of traffic on the network. If you have computers or other devices using your Internet connection, try turning them off or disconnecting them. If your Internet access device uses bandwidth management, try reconfiguring it to allow the STB higher throughput.
