ENONCE DE GARANTIE DE CONTRÔLE DES EMISSIONS DE CALIFORNIE

VOS DROITS ET OBLIGATIONS DE GARANTIE

La Commission des ressources en air de Californie et KOMATSU ZENOAH sont heureux d'expliquer la garantie du système de contrôle des émissions de votre petit moteur hors route de 1995 et ultérieur. En Californie, les nouveaux petits moteurs hors route doivent être conçus, construits et équipés pour respecter les normes anti-pollution strictes de l'Etat. KOMATSU ZENOAH doit garantir le système de contrôles des émissions de votre petit moteur hors route pour la durée indiquée ci-dessous, sous réserve qu'il n'y a pas eu d'abus, de négligence ou d'entretien incorrect de votre petit moteur hors route.

Votre système de contrôle des émissions peut comprendre des pièces telles que le carburateur et le système d'allumage.

Dans le cas d'une situation où la garantie s'applique, KOMATSU ZENOAH réparera votre petit moteur hors route sans frais, y compris le diagnostic, les pièces et la main-d'oeuvre.

Couverture de la garantie constructeur :

Les petits moteurs hors route de 1995 et ultérieur sont garantis pendant deux ans. Si une pièce de votre moteur liée aux émissions est défectueuse, la pièce sera réparée ou remplacée par KOMATSU ZENOAH.

Obligations du propriétaire liées à la garantie :

–En tant que propriétaire du petit moteur hors route, vous êtes responsable de la réalisation de l'entretien indiqué dans votre mode d'emploi. KOMATSU ZENOAH vous recommande de conserver tous les reçus concernant l'entretien de votre petit moteur hors route, mais KOMATSU ZENOAH ne peut nier la garantie uniquement à cause de l'absence de reçus ou si vous n'avez pas pu réaliser tous les travaux d'entretien programmés.

–En tant que propriétaire du petit moteur hors route, vous devez cependant savoir que KOMATSU ZENOAH peut nier la couverture de la garantie si votre petit moteur hors route ou une pièce est tombé en panne à cause d'un abus, d'une négligence, d'un entretien incorrect ou de modifications non approuvées.

–Vous êtes tenu de présenter votre petit moteur hors route dans un centre de distribution de KOMATSU ZENOAH dès qu'un problème survient. Les réparations sous garantie doivent être réalisées dans un délai raisonnable, ne dépassant pas 30 jours.
