PCI/ISA Option Boards

The I/O baseboard provides 15 64-bit PCI bus master slots (slots 15–1) and 4 32-bit PCI bus master slots

(slots 16–19). They accept any add-in PCI and ISA boards or any add-in board that is compatible with an IBM PC AT or PC XT system (except for an 8-bit drop card that fits only in an 8-bit PC XT connector). Note: PCI Slot 16 and ISA Slot 1 share a common chassis I/O expansion slot. You can use the slot for either the PCI or the ISA, but not both. See Figure 8 Option Slots for slot location details.
