1.2Extensions and conversions

Extension of the main memory

The four slots for the main memory are suitable for DDR1 333/400 MHz (unbuf- fered) SDRAM memory modules. The organization in two memory banks, 1 and 2, permits rapid memory access with two-way interleaving.

If the memory modules are populated in pairs, each pair must consist of identical memory modules (2-way interleaved mode).

Additional SATA hard disk drives

In the SATA version four bays are available for SATA hard disk drives.
