Cisco MGM Client Error and Warning Messages

Error Message EID-800: Selected NEs are invalid or unreachable.

Recommended Action This error occurs because all NEs under a group are in service or under maintenance but are not reachable, or because the NEs are reachable but in different network partitions. Make sure that the selected NEs are in the same network partition.

Error Message EID-801: None of the NEs contain ML cards or all ML cards are used for L2 topology.

Recommended Action This error occurs if there are no ML cards with both POS ports available for the NEs selected during Resilient Packet Ring (RPR) circuit creation. Make sure that all ML cards used for topology creation are available.

Error Message EID-806: A topology with the same name already exists. Enter a unique topology name.

Recommended Action Enter a unique topology name.

Error Message EID-807: A circuit with the same name already exists. Enter a unique circuit name.

Recommended Action Enter a unique circuit name.
