Telecom Approvals Listing

The Cisco MWR 1941-DC-A router meets the requirements listed in this section for telecommunications equipment.

FCC Part 68 Notice

This equipment complies with Part 68 of the FCC rules. A label on the bottom of the chassis contains the FCC registration number in the format US:5BIDDNAN0006. If requested, this information must be provided to the telephone company.

If this equipment causes harm to the telephone network, the telephone company will notify you in advance that temporary discontinuance of service may be required. If advance notice is not practical, the telephone company will notify you as soon as possible. You will be advised of your right to file a complaint with the FCC if you believe it is necessary.

The telephone company may make changes in its facilities, equipment, operations, or procedures that might affect the operation of the equipment. If this happens, the telephone company will provide advance notice in order for you to make the necessary modifications to maintain uninterrupted service.

If you experience trouble with this equipment, please contact Cisco Systems for repair and warranty information. If the problem is causing harm to the telephone network, the telephone company might request that you remove the equipment from the network until the problem is resolved. All repairs should be handled by authorized Cisco Systems service personnel.

Normally, this equipment will be used in conjunction with FCC-approved equipment that limits the Encoded Analog Content that provides the required Billing Protection.
