2Click Send in the dialog that asks if you want to send your workout data to nikeplus.com. You can do it later if you don’t want to do it now.

3Click Visit in the dialog that asks if you want to go to nikeplus.com. The nikeplus.com website opens with your most recent workout graphed on the homepage.

4Click Save Your Runs, then click Sign Me Up and follow the onscreen instructions.

Using Nike + iPod

Note: Some features are new with iPod nano (4th generation) and iPhone 3G S.

Calibrating Nike + iPod
