If service is required for your printer, please contact the company where you purchased your printer. If they are unable to assist you, contact Psion Teklogix Customer Service at (800) 322-3437 to obtain the name of the nearest Psion Teklogix Authorized Service Center.

If you wish to return your printer to Psion Teklogix for service, please contact Psion Teklogix Customer Service at (800) 322-3437 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Units returned without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
