FP_ID_LED_PW: Use to turn on and turn off ID LED

IDLED_IN: Use to help identify a system for servicing when it is installed within a high density rack or cabinet that is populated with several other similar systems. The first press of the ID Switch will turn on the LED, and the second press will turn off ID LED.
