Area to Check

Explanation

The MPS IP address and name are entered in the host file

Jobs that appear in the host queue reach the MPS

Telnet to the MPS using the name in the host file and verify that the MPS name is resolvable and that the MPS is reachable via the network.

From within the LPC administrative utility, enter these commands to clear and reset the host queue:

abort queue clear queue enable queue start queue
