A valid IP address and subnet mask can now be programmed into the Switch using the IP config command as follows:

ZType in “ipconfig ip=“.

ZEnter the IP address (in our example we will use a unique address between 3.94.247.1 and 3.94.247.254), followed by a space.

ZType in “mask=“ and enter the mask (in our example system we would use 255.255.252.0).

ZIf a default gateway is also required enter a space and type “dgw=

ZEnter the IP address of the gateway, then select the enter key. The switch will then indicate that the parameters have been set.

ZSave the settings using the Save command.
