Note: If your web browser doesn’t open properly, it may be that your Internet settings need adjustment. Turn to page 41 for instructions.

Note: This User Name and Network Password are different from the ones that your service provider gave you. They provide an added level of security that protects your ADSL unit’s settings.

Type the X4’s default User Name and Password.

User Name=admin

Password=zoomadsl

Remember: The User Name and Password are case- sensitive.

Tip: If the Network Password box doesn’t display, perform the following in this order:

aRecheck all connections.

bRestart the modem and computer.

cPerform a “hard” reset. (See page 36.)
