To set this static IP address, go to Start Settings Network and Dial-up Connections. Right-click Local Area Connection and select Properties. Click the Install button. Select the Internet Protocol TCP/IP option and click Properties. Click the radio buttons Use the following IP address and Use the following DNS server addresses, enter the following data, and click OK.
