TrapRecv

This menu allows you to determine the management stations that will receive traps from the device.

Table 5-16 describes each ﬁeld in the TrapRecv menu.

Field	Description

Status	Conﬁgurable ﬁeld; determines the status of the trap
	receiving station’s entry.
	❏ valid — the trap receiving station’s entry is
	active.
	❏ invalid — the trap receiving station’s entry is
	not active (deletes the entry when selected).

Trap Receiver	Conﬁgurable ﬁeld; determines the IP address of the
Address	management station that can receive traps.

Community String	Conﬁgurable ﬁeld; determines the write community
	string of the trap receiving management station.
