Configuration and Management

Follow the instructions on the screen to select a location for the configuration file.

Note: Do not modify a configuration file. If you do, the file might be invalid and not accepted if you want to make a restore. All configuration changes should be made on the web pages.

3.9.2.2Restore from Backup File

In case of a system failure or a corrupted configuration, the system can be restored from a previously stored backup file.

To restore from a backup file, click the Browse… button in the “CONFIGURATION BACKUP AND RESTORE” section on the System page to locate the configuration file.

When a file has been selected it is displayed in the text field below “Restore to previous settings from a configuration backup”.

Click Restore to restore the configuration. When finished, a confirmation message is displayed:

OK to return to the System page.

3.9.3System Restart

You can at any time restart the Ericsson W3x. The restart does not result in any configuration changes.

To restart the Ericsson W3x, click the System page.

Restart in the “RESTART” section on

During the restart process the following information is displayed:
